01. Head of Health Insurance Division (Vacancy: 01) 

Key Responsibilities:

 • Formulate Strategies/Action Plans in order to develop new Health Insurance Business; 

• Recruit, Train, Motivate & Coach Sales Force to distribute New Health Insurance Products; 

• Achieve Top & Bottom Line objectives of the Business Unit; 

• Understand the market size and penetrate to capture it;

 • Ensure sustainable business and profit growth in line with the business strategies, targets

and objectives; 

Requirements: Masters degree in any discipline with minimum 10 years experience in Insurance/Financial Institution/Pharmaceuticals Industries. At least 45 years old.

 Salary: Negotiable 

02. Sales Executive (Vacancy: 10)

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Sales & Marketing of Health Insurance Products to Individual & Corporates; 

• Meet Monthly & Yearly Target;

 • Build a Strong Relationship with Clients. Requirements: Minimum Graduation/O Level and willing in DOOR to DOOR Sale. Have to know motor bike riding (A Motorbike will be provided from Company). 

Salary: Base Salary Tk.25,000/- per month plus incentive for target achievement. 

03. Head of Bancassurance (Vacancy: 01) 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Should be able to develop Bancassurance Business Channel; 

• Formulation of Strategies/Plans in order to grow Business at least 20% year on year basis; 

• Establish Relationship with Bankers to sell Insurance through Banks;

 • Liaison with Regulatory & Bank Partners. 

Requirements: Masters Degree in any discipline with 15 years in Banks & Financial Institutions. 

Salary: Negotiable
