Post:   ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning and Execution of all electrical related works at real estate development projects

• Execution, installation, commissioning, monitoring, drawing, planning and controlling of all electrical and fire protection system works in projects

• Verification of all types of electrical equipment's installations, wiring, fixtures etc. according to the drawings

• Keep constant liaison and attend meetings with management, contractors, consultants, architects, team members and other stakeholders

• Perform electrical systems & wiring related planning, drawing and calculations.

• Ensure electrical safety & security of project site

• Scheduling electrical works and ensure timely completion

• Solving various electrical related issues

• Design of protection schemes, substation layouts and other plant area electrical layouts

• Testing of electrical equipment to ensure that products meet specifications and codes. Inspection of all electrical equipment and materials delivered

• Assist installation, maintenance & commissioning of all types of substations (LT panel , HT panel, PFI panel , AVS , IVS , ATS) and Elevators on all ongoing projects

• Co-coordination & maintenance of all types of electromechanical works and maintenance programs where relevant

• Supervise the making & installation of MDB board, SDB board, canopy etc.

• Any other related assignments
